This is a 20ft hard open top container (20B0 type) complying with CSC convention standards. It adopts a solid steel removable roof panel design. Cargo can be loaded/unloaded from the top by crane, which is ideal for over-height heavy goods, bulk materials, construction waste and offshore waste transportation.
It has standard ISO corner castings, so it can be stacked, lifted and transported like standard shipping containers, compatible with container skeletal trailers, container cranes and lifting equipment worldwide. Multiple lashing points are equipped on side walls and doors for cargo securing. The robust all-steel structure offers heavy load capacity for harsh site & offshore working conditions. The rear full swing doors are fitted with heavy-duty locking gear for easy access and sealing. The top lifting pads are designed for overhead lifting operations.
The container uses a reinforced structural design suitable for customized equipment installation.

The final steel grade and structural arrangement should be selected according to the approved design, equipment loads and project requirements.
For projects requiring enhanced corrosion protection, the steel structure can undergo Sa2.5 abrasive blasting before painting.

● Polyurethane top coat
Paint thickness and coating adhesion are inspected as part of the coating quality control process.
