Boxwell
This is a 25G2 hazardous waste / dangerous goods container, manufactured to ISO container specifications and fully CSC certified for intermodal transport.
The container floor is fitted with heavy-duty grating panels. Beneath the grating lies an integral bund sump (retention tank), which serves as a containment reservoir. In case of liquid leakage from hazardous waste or chemicals, all spills will be captured within this base sump, preventing dangerous liquids from leaking out of the container and contaminating the surrounding ground, fully meeting hazardous waste containment requirements.
Side wall ventilation louvers are installed continuously to maintain continuous air exchange inside the enclosure. They help dilute and vent harmful volatile vapors, avoiding the buildup of flammable or toxic gas inside the box.
A drain valve is fitted at the bund sump. When required, operators can open this valve to safely discharge collected residual liquid and spills from the containment base.
It adopts a special safety exit door design. The door locking system can be unlocked and opened from inside the container, offering emergency escape capability for personnel working inside.
The interior is coated with AkzoNobel heavy-duty wear-resistant paint. The coating withstands abrasion during loading, unloading and material handling and will not be easily scratched. All internal corners are rounded to ensure complete flow and discharge of waste and residual liquid during emptying.
Built with standard ISO corner castings, the unit can be stacked, lifted and transported on skeletal trailers like standard shipping containers. Heavy-duty double door locking mechanisms provide reliable security for hazardous material storage and transit.
For projects requiring enhanced corrosion protection, the steel surface can undergo Sa2.5 abrasive blasting before painting.
The available coating system includes:
● Zinc-rich epoxy primer
● Epoxy intermediate coat
● Polyurethane top coat
Paint thickness and coating adhesion can be inspected according to the agreed quality requirements.
The coating system helps protect the steel structure during transportation, outdoor storage and operation in demanding environments.
The Container can be manufactured according to customer drawings, equipment specifications and project requirements.
Customization options can include:
● Container dimensions
● Steel material
● Internal equipment layout
● Doors and access arrangements
● Electrical system requirements
● Thermal insulation
● Sound insulation
● Shelving
● Exterior color
● Customer logo
● Other project-specific accessories
This allows the container structure and internal configuration to be developed around the actual generator equipment rather than adapting the equipment to a fixed container design.
For projects requiring equipment to be assembled into a modular container configuration before delivery, the 20HQ structure provides a practical platform for integrating generator-related equipment.
The internal arrangement can be developed according to customer drawings and technical requirements.

Every offshore container passes through a complete manufacturing process under strict quality control.
We manufacture offshore containers, customized containers, storage containers, ISO shipping containers and other special container products.
We operate a manufacturing facility covering approximately 60,000 m², including around 32,000 m² of workshop space, with more than 200 employees.
This manufacturing base supports both standardized production and customized container projects.
Our core engineering and R&D team has more than 20 years of industry experience covering offshore containers, special containers and customized equipment solutions.
For generator container projects, our engineering team can support manufacturing based on:
● Customer drawings
● Generator specifications
● Technical requirements
● Required structural modifications
● Project-specific standards
We support both drawing-based manufacturing and non-standard container development.
Our engineering team can work with customers from initial technical requirements through design development and final production, making this capability particularly suitable for generator containers requiring customized equipment layouts.
Quality management covers the main stages of production, including:
● Incoming material inspection
● Production process monitoring
● Welding inspection
● Dimensional inspection
● Final product testing
Additional inspection requirements can be incorporated according to individual project specifications.
Where classification society approval or independent inspection is required, we can cooperate with third-party inspection agencies and classification societies according to the project requirements.
Products can also be designed and manufactured according to applicable international standards and customer-specific specifications.
We provide support throughout different stages of customized container projects, including:
● Pre-sales technical consultation
● Engineering and solution design
● Customized manufacturing
● Production monitoring
● Quality inspection
● Third-party inspection coordination
● Certification support
● Logistics and shipment coordination
● After-sales technical support
This allows customers to coordinate engineering, production, inspection and delivery through a single container manufacturing supplier.
A 20HQ Generator Container is a customized steel enclosure designed to accommodate generator sets and associated equipment.
The internal structure and equipment arrangement can be developed according to the dimensions and technical requirements of the generator system.
Yes.Dimensions, structural materials, internal layout, doors, electrical systems, insulation, shelving, colors and accessories can be customized according to project requirements.
The standard external dimension for this product is:
6058 × 2438 × 2896 mm
The internal dimensions are determined according to the customized design.
Available materials include:
● Corten Steel
● Q235B
● Q355B
The appropriate steel grade should be selected according to the structural design and project requirements.
Yes. Sound insulation is available as an optional configuration.
The exact insulation arrangement should be confirmed according to the generator equipment and customer requirements.
Yes. Thermal insulation is also available as an optional configuration and can be incorporated into the customized design.
Yes. The internal dimensions are determined according to the design, and the layout can be developed according to the generator dimensions, associated equipment and project requirements.
Providing equipment drawings and technical specifications before engineering review will help determine the required configuration.
The standard design temperature is -20°C, with lower-temperature designs available upon request.
If the project involves a specific low-temperature operating environment, the required design temperature should be confirmed before production.
Certification options include:
● CCS
● LR
● ABS
● BV
Additional certification requirements can be discussed according to the intended application and project specification.
For projects where DNV-ST-E271 is applicable and specifically required, certification support can be discussed during the project evaluation stage.
Because this product is a customized industrial equipment container, DNV certification should be determined according to the actual application and approved design rather than treated as a standard inclusion.
